It depends, people from different cultures and places aren't necessarily terrible human beings. Sadly because of where people come from they are seen as bad people and treated terribly because of their ethnicity, culture, and belief systems. For the USA the government is afraid of what could happen and or occur. In some ways, here they would rather try to keep an entire group of people out of the country, scared of another 9/11 situation.
