I think it is necessary for the new deal program to address the relief recovry and reform of the American economy. This would help to create more opportunities for its people thereby preventing the country from slipping into recession.
The reason why the new deal could be effective, is as a result of its encompassing nature of covering most of the Amercian citizens in terms of thier needs.
