Do you mean she "walked"? Instead of walk? There should be a coma after the word "long" in this sentence:

She walked down the long, winding road.

Hope this helps!

The old moon is tarnished
kolezko [41]
The simile "teeth white as milk" found in the second stanza of the poem most likely refers to C. the foam on the waves.
The man in the moon makes no sense, since the poem is talking about the sea. A great white shark would be a silly answer. The darkness of the sea is also incorrect because that can't be white if it's dark. So, the foam on the waves, which is white, by the way, is the correct answer.

WHAT TRICK-OR-TREATING TELLS US ABOUT HUMAN NATURE part a: which statement best expresses the central idea of the text?
nalin [4]

Answer:

The central idea of the text is HUMAN NATURE

Explanation:

Though it may seem to be Trick or Treating, the point of the sentence is to understand how it is a affecting Human Nature. I'm assuming the rest of the passage is based off the human nature aspects as described.

The central idea is defined as "The main point the author is trying to get across to the reader."

there was actually a study done on this that was pretty interesting called the "Stanford prison experiment"
