On Christmas, Christians sing carols and pray together in the church. All the family members decorate Christmas trees with toys, decorative lights, balloons and candles. Which statement best describes how Brutus’s moral dilemma supports the theme that commitment to a just cause can be costly?
Arlecino [84]

Answer:

The correct answer is option B.

Explanation:

In Act 5, Scene 1, Cassius is talking to Brutus about what will happen to them if they lose the battle.

Brutus points out that he blames his uncle Cato for killing himself, saying that taking his life for fear of what will happen is a cowardly thing. But also, Brutus says he will not be subjected to being taken captive.

Therefore, this could be a clue that Brutus plans to kill himself if the battle is lost.
