how can demand characteristics like grit and resilience be develop in order ti help a person rebound from adversity?
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]

Answer:They can be developed in response to difficult situations. Grit is the will and force to climb out of a poor situation and continue on. Resilience can again, push someone to continue and strive for more. Adversity forces people into situations they normally can't escape without these two characteristics. Hope this helps.
