Well, I know that internal conflict is a conflict with one's self so I think it would be the last one because he is thinking about taking Katie to the dance but the conflict is that Jason already arranged a date making him think if he should go with Katie or stick with Lauren and Ashley. I think I made that confusing but tell me if it helps!

I believe it's 4 because Kevin isn't being physically hurt, but more emotionally by the girl he wanted to ask already being taken.
