then do:
denominator stays same - if improper fraction change to mixed #
1 times 7 = 7         +         3 times 2 = 6
2 times 7 = 14                  7 times 2 = 14
6 + 7 over 14 is      13 over 
                             14
if possible and needed - change to simplest form
