Answer: The Europeans brought sicknesses and diseases from Europe to the New World and it devastated countless Native American cultures and tribes because their bodies weren’t prone to the diseases like the Europeans were. It was natural bio weaponry. The Europeans also tried to make the Native Americans into slaves, but their immune systems weren’t strong, so They died. This lead to the Europeans bringing in African Americans as slaves.

Explain the various ways the American Revolution affected society.
Lady bird [3.3K]

Answer:

It changed mostly politically.

Explanation:

Socially and economically speaking the Revolution did not have a major impact, indeed those who were part of the ruling classes remained in the upper classes. Slavery was not abolished after the Revolution, though in the North it was abolished shortly after the revolution.

Politically speaking it led to the creation of the Republic with its principles of liberty. The republic was inspired by the ideals of John Locke. The colonists were no longer the subjects of the British crown.

Why were precedents set by Supreme Court with Marshall as Chief Justice important
Neporo4naja [7]
The Marshall Court, the time period when Chief Justice Marshall was the head of the Supreme Court (1801-1835), helped to set important examples for American law. Arguably the most important case of his tenure was the Marbury vs. Madison case.

In this case, it was ruled that the Supreme Court has the authority to deem laws unconstitutional. This example forever changed the Supreme Court because thousands of cases are based on this premise. The most important purpose of the Supreme Court now is to determine the constitutionality of issues. It all started with the Marshall court and Marbury vs. Madison.
