The answer would be A: The raids ignored people's civil liberties.

Occurring during the height of the Red Scare, the Palmer Raids were conducted in an attempt to find and arrest communists, radical leftists, etc. After a while, Americans started to become upset at these raids as many were arrested and detained without warrants, a violation of the people's civil liberties.

1. What effects did the Voting Rights Act have?
Rainbow [258]

Answer:

It outlawed the discriminatory voting practices adopted in many southern states after the Civil War, including literacy tests as a prerequisite to voting. This “act to enforce the fifteenth amendment to the Constitution” was signed into law 95 years after the amendment was ratified.

It helped reduce voter discrimination at polling sites. It contributed to increased involvement of lobbyists in political campaigns. The Voting Rights Act itself has been called the single most effective piece of civil rights legislation ever passed by Congress.

Hope this helps! If so please mark brainliest and rate/heart to help my account if it did!!

What is one factor that influences your credit score?
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer:

D. A loan default

Explanation:

you can almost think of your credit score as an actual score--one that's based on how much you can be trusted.

If I've always paid my expenses on time, and in full, a bank is probably going to trust me a lot.

And that's exactly what credit score is--a prediction of how likely you are to pay a loan on time. Some companies even call it your "creditworthiness"

So, a major influential factor of your credit score is your banking history

and a loan default would logically impact your credit score greatly

(note: a loan default is essentially when a borrower doesn't pay back the debt)

So, A loan default is one factor that influences your credit score.

hope this helps!! have a lovely day :)
