What is Monarchy and Theocracy?

A monarchy exists as a form of government in which an individual, the monarch, stands as the head of state for life or until abdication. The political legitimacy and control of the monarch may vary from determined and largely symbolic, to completely autocratic, and can expand across the domains of the executive, legislative, and judicial.
Theocracy exists a form of government in which one or more deities of some kind are recognized as supreme declaration authorities, providing divine guidance to human intermediaries who manipulate the day-to-day affairs of the government.
This existed very comparable to how Pharaohs ruled. They existed considered to be of Divine origin or sometimes even gods themselves so they headed both the political element and the religious element of the country. They were absolute monarchs meaning that they controlled all the power in the state.
