The training principle of Specificity states that

exercising a certain body part or practicing a particular skill primary

develops that part or skill. Ensuring that exercise programs have specific

goals would make training a lot easier and improvements more noticeable. If you

want to be a good runner, you have to incorporate running into your training

program. If you want to beat that time in swimming, you have to incorporate

sprints in your swim training. You are not only training your muscles for the

activity, you also need your brain to be trained enough for the exact activity

or skill that you are going to perform. Specificity principle reminds and

ensures an individual to assign activities that would help meet specific goals.

How can attitude affect a designers ability to be creative?
tamaranim1 [39]
Attitude can affect a lot of things for a designer including the workflow of their business. If you’re a salty designer, people aren’t going to seek you for business. If a designer or artist gets depressed, they may lack motivation to do work or make new designs. If the designer is happy or optimistic about a new project, they may be more motivated to do well with their work and will have an easier tome finding inspiration.

Umnica [9.8K]

Answer: For context, a relief sculpture is done on a flat surface. It looks more like a carving. A relief might be easier to create is it can be mounted, shaped like a drawing, and perhaps less heavy. A drawback might be that it’s less three dimensional, or that it might be harder to make it more realistic.
