Answer:

I say reputation, as i care a lot about what others think of me, but also because i want to have a good reputation. Wealth is something i would rather not have, because if im being honest: i do not have management skills.

Answer:

Reputation because there isn't that much intrinsic value in money other than what is necessary for the bare essentials such as food, shelter, and water while a good a good reputation can lead to you forming many meaningful relationships, both platonic and romantic. There's no meaning to human life without relationships and money doesn't provide you with any long-term emotional sustenance, only survival. Money is obviously still important for survival, but not wealthiness.
