Answer:

d. soft rationing

Explanation:

The cap of 10m comes from a firm decision it is not for inhability to raise funds or at least there is no information available that leads to think that.

The reasoning behind this cap may be:

  • to save for future scenarios that may have better yield
  • Increases in the opportunity cost of the capital

Remember:

Hard rationing comes fro mexternal, because there is more dificult to chance the reason from which third parties prevents a company to raise funds

While sof rationing may change with enought leverage in the company's decision making

Cheyenne Corp. took a physical inventory on December 31 and determined that goods costing $200,000 were on hand. Not included in
tamaranim1 [39]

Answer:

$247,800‬

Explanation:

Inventory December 31

physical inventory on December 31 $200,000

Add: Goods purchased FOB shipping point $26,400

Add: Goods sold FOB Destination $21,400

                                                                                      $247,800‬

FOB Shipping Point - the purchaser gains title to the inventory at the shipping point, so when Pelzer shipped the goods, they belonged to Stallman.

FOB destination - means the seller maintains title until the merchandise reaches its destination, so since the goods have not reached their destination, the goods still belonged to Stallman

Which step of the decision making process for major purchases do you think is most difficult for you? why?
horrorfan [7]
In the steps of the decision making process for major purchases, for me, the most difficult is the part of making the decision itself. Information are already gathered, the goals are presented as well as the consequences, but there are times that your actual decision is overpowered by self-interest instead of objectivity. Hope this helps.

Anna11 [10]

Answer:

The correct answer is E) Customer spotting .

Explanation:

The detection of needs in the sale is the third step, of the six that must be taken to increase the possibilities of selling.

The detection of needs consists specifically in asking your client a series of questions that you have to have prepared in advance, in order to discover:

  1. What are the real needs they have
  2. If the products or services you have in your portfolio are suitable for what you need.

Not carrying out a correct detection of needs forces you to walk blindly and thus lose many chances of achieving success.

Keep in mind, that it is in this step where it is most important that you pay attention and listen to what the client has to say.

Target Profit Outdoors Company sells a product for $110 per unit. The variable cost is $65 per unit, and fixed costs are $288,00
STatiana [176]

Answer:

Results are below.

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

Target Profit Outdoors Company sells a product for $110 per unit. The variable cost is $65 per unit, and fixed costs are $288,000.

To calculate the break-even point in units, we need to use the following formula:

Break-even point in units= fixed costs/ contribution margin per unit

Break-even point in units= 288,000 / (110 - 65)

Break-even point in units= 6,400

Now, we incorporate the desired profit in the formula:

Break-even point in units= (fixed costs + desired profit) / contribution margin per unit

Break-even point in units= (288,000 + 54,720) / 45

Break-even point in units= 7,616 units
