The cool grey sky was alight with obsidian wings. Through the rustle of the mournful trees, a slight whisper could be heard from the small clearing. Nervous glances towards the treeline and the uncomforatble shifts of plasctic coated shoes were evident as they rushed through their work. The crows screamed in unison, almost echoing the wrath of nature towards these self proclaimed "men of science". The wind picked up, howling as they hastened the pace of their sickly blue gloves. The group hurried to collect data and samples as the darkness creeped in around them.
