Answer:

Hi! I am sorry, but I'm afraid your question is incomplete. You don't mention the text you are talking about, neither do you present the options for the answer. Due to this, I can't give you the precise answer, I did a little research and I didn't find the information needed to complete it. I think you should have options, so I'll try to guide you in order to discover by yourself which option it is.

Explanation:

When you finish the story, pay attention to the details given about Alexander and Mario's relationship with Mr. Kramer, and although you don't know exactly what the author would have done with their relationship, try to guess what you feel is going to happen. Ask yourself these questions: How do they get along? Do they care about each other? Do they have things in common? When you answer these questions in your head, you will be creating a possible future for this relationship, and you will be thinking what could their future be? Are they gonna be still together?

Now, read your options and pick the one that you find more reasonable based on what you read.

Trust yourself, you'll do great!

Hope this guide helps!

Summary of the story jump away
Papessa [141]

Answer:

The boys are being challenged to jump of a bridge by a high school bully.

Explanation:

I think the theme of this short storiy is sometimes standing up to greater powers may cause punishment but it is still the right thing to do. An example of this is when Mike the bully is counting and instead of jumping on three Fenny jumps on two. Fenny didn't want to conform to Mikes rule so he jumps on his own. It's his life to control and not Mikes. Although Mike gets mad at him and punches Fenny, Fenny knows he did the right thing.

One symbol in this story is the man a girl fishing up stream from the bridge. this symbolizes calmness, of how he is about to do this stunt but is focused on these two fishers. The way he looks in the distance to focus on something so simple as people fishing while he has this mean bully yelling at him, making him jump off a bridge.
