Bill Clinton also support free-trade legislation. one of the popular free trade policy was when Clinton signed North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) into law, along with many other free trade agreements. This policy helps in creating more jobs for the country.

The Russian supported the russification because they believe that it is the solution to improve their way of living, culture and military security and can advance their government. They believe that in russification they can also advance and improve the quality of their civil service.  Though some was victimize by the russification those who were of non-Russian nationality they resented but they cannot voice out their anger and it turn to revolutionary action.
