After the denaturation proteins lose their activity. <span>Denaturation of proteins is a process when they lose their quaternary, tertiary, and secondary structure by the influence of some external stress or compound such as a strong acid or base, alcohol, chloroform, radiation or heat. Denatured proteins bring to disruption of cell activity and possibly cell death.</span>
