Answer:

UK population increased slowly until around 1800.

An increase in life expectancy, improved food supplies and clean water led to rapid population growth during the 1800s.

Falling birth rates, due to changing social attitudes and the emancipation of women, led to a slowing of population growth in the 1900s.

Since the 1950s, access to contraception and modern medicines have helped keep birth rates and death rates low and as a result population growth has been low.

Birth rates are low in the UK because:

women are marrying later and delaying starting a family due to career building

the high cost of living makes bringing up children expensive

couples may prefer to spend money on things such as holidays and cars

birth control and the contraceptive pill are easily available

Death rates are low in the UK because:

health care is modern and widely available, provided free by the NHS

people have less physically-demanding jobs

modern medicines treat many diseases

people are better educated about health and hygiene

higher incomes enable people to eat a healthy diet and have good living conditions

Explanation:

hope it helps

Airida [17]

Memories from early life are over-represented in a lifetime distribution, a phenomenon referred to as the reminiscence bump.

The memory bump is the expanded percentage of autobiographical reminiscences from teens and early adulthood observed in adults over 40. it is one of the maximum robust findings in autobiographical reminiscence studies.

The memory bump is caused by age-related differences in encoding performance, which motive more memories to be stored in youth and early maturity.

The reminiscence impact, wherein humans aged 40 and over consider extra autobiographical memories from between ages 10 to 30 than from adjoining periods, generating a “bump” in lifespan distributions, is a distinctly sturdy effect.

This is evident in the fact that, based on the Canadian Constitution Act, 1867, the territorial governments are under federal control. Whereas, Provincial governments obtain their legislative authority directly from the Constitution.

Hence, in this case, the correct answer is "The federal government and provincial governments share many powers."

Answer:

China is a multi-ethnic group country with a vast territory. You may even find specific differences between a Beijinger and a Shanghaier.(In general, the former is more forthright and the latter is more gentle) The discrepancy of climatic and geographical environment caused the difference of culture and living habits. The economic and political imbalances bring about the the character difference of local residents. Therefore, it is difficult to find a general feature of Chinese. Japan, on the contrary, is relatively small. When you watch the weather forcast, you will find that there is little difference from Tokyo to Kyoto. To be honest, I have never went to Japan, so I only get the picture of Japanese from books and mangas. In my onion, most Japanese are strict and elegant. They make brilliant mangas and games! I am willing to make friends with them.

Moreover, for historical reasons, China has complex and chaotic ideology. On the surface, China is a socialist country. Nevertheless, most people in this nation do not believe in socialism at all----instead, they believe in themselves, their families and their friends. People fear the great power of the government. However, the government is not that bad. I want to call it the combination of state monopoly capitalism and feudal aristocracy. There are authentic free markets in China. One can find good opportunities and make a living if he or she obeys the rules.

Since ordinary people like me are unable to go into politics, we can just focus on our own lives. We desire tremendous money, big houses, beautiful cars and so on. Yes, it is money worship or power worship (money can make power, and power can make money). People with money and power have great priviledges. The priviledge is magic! You can get anything you want more quickly with this magic. I am an ordinary student with an ordinary background, nut I know that if your father is a government officer or rich merchant, you will definitely have a bright future unless you deliberately ruin yourself (I feel strange! The rich second generation always do so! ) Justice and equity never exist in China. In other words, justice and equity only belong to a few of people. We have to try hard to avoid being losers. It is pathetic to be a loser---girls are unwilling to hang out with a loser!

Lets discuss more deeply. China once had splendid culture, especially when it was going through Tang Dynasty. In that time, Chang'an is the most prosperous city. Japan had sent many students to Tang Empire to study Chinese politics and culture. Japannese not only learn the ancient culture, but also preserve them on the base of improvement. Thanks Japan! We can now appreciate the beauty of Chang'an in Kyoto. However, you know, Chinese people desire power and money. They always fight with each other for power(not for glory) throughout the whole history. I really feel shamed. Chinese almost never work as a unity. I hope we can chage from this generation. We will never fight for our own, but embrace the whole world. We are family, we are one.
