A paragraph of 3-5 sentences?

Obviously, the CEO's devious predicessor was going to be a problem. He should have rebuffed (not sure if that's okay, including the past tense of a given word) the guy in the first place. He was always amicable, having no sense of respect or seriousness within a single bone in his body, he had also shown to be unendingly garrulous, neverendingly talavtive and inatentive aswell.
