Answer: In the Hispanic cultures the desserts tend to be too sweet, and un Latin American countries also is common to have cheap and simple desserts.

The first example that comes to mind, that you may find in the 4 countries listed, is "Arroz con leche" or "rice and milk". This dish only contains 3 ingredients, rice, sugar, and milk, and the only thing you need to do is wash a little bit the rice and then cook it in the mix, where you added the sugar until the rice is soft, and this dessert is incredible.

In Spain, you have a lot of desserts related to milk, things like Leche Frita (fried milk) or "3 leches" (3 milks), and as their culture comes to Latin America, the Hispanic American countries wounded a lot of this desserts.

for example, if we talk about Argentina, we start to see Spanish influences, here we also have a lot of milk-related desserts, like the "dulce de leche" or the two previous listed, but here we also have things like the "vigilante" which is a slice of cheese and sweet batata together which is kinda famous because is very cheap.
