Answer: You can tell if evidence is relevant when it has any tendency to make a fact more or less probable.

Explanation:  In testing whether evidence is relevant, don’t jump to conclusions. Just because it looks irrelevant at first glance does not mean it has no connection to the claim! Sometimes the connection is there but not direct or obvious. A good technique is to start by assuming the evidence is relevant and then try to figure out how. This trains your mind to spot connections that may be hidden

Profane can be defined as something that is offensive, disrespectful and unholy. Swear words are commonly referred to as "profanity". In this instance, someone was using disrespectful and offensive language, due to which, he could have been kicked out of camp.
