I think the term is union busting where they prevent
formation of unions. This way, the
management will be able to have more control over how things run without union
interference. Other methods could be
blacklisting them to ensure they won’t work for other companies.
Hitler ordered a conquest of the Low Countries to be executed at the shortest possible notice to forestall the French and prevent Allied air power from threatening the vital German Ruhr Area. It would also provide the basis for a longterm air and sea campaign against Britain.

The Senate is the Upper House of Canada's Parliament. Its 105 members are appointed and hold their seats until age 75.
