Concentration is generally expressed in terms of Molarity (M).

Molarity is the number of moles of solute dissolved in one liter of a solvent, i.e.

Molarity = moles of solute(n) / volume of solution (V) -----(1)

Here the solute is oxalic acid of known mass, m

Molar mass of oxalic acid (H2C2O4) = 90 g/mol

Number of moles, n = mass of oxalic acid/molar mass = m/90 ----(2)

Substituting for n in equation (1) we get:

M = 'm' gram /(90 gram.mole⁻¹) * ('V' Lit)

M = (m/90*V) mole/Lit

Since the mass of oxalic is known, the volume V is required to complete the molarity/concentration calculation.

Plants fertilized one per week with Super Plant Food Formula have been shown in testing to produce twice as much fruit as plants that are not.

That answer is the most scientific because it states the word "testing" and in science they do a bunch of test to make a scientific claim.

Cu + 2 AgNO3 + Cu(NO3)2 + 2Ag
Allushta [10]

Answer:

7.28 moles Ag°

Explanation:

              Cu°          +    2 AgNO₃  => Cu(NO₃)₂ + 2Ag°

Given 7.28 moles     7.28 moles

To determine limiting reactant, divide the mole values by the respective coefficient of balanced equation. The resulting smallest value is the limiting reactant. Note: this is a short cut method for determining limiting reactant only. Once the limiting reactant is determined one must use the given mole values of the limiting reactant to solve problem. That is ...

Limiting reactant determination:

              Cu°          +    2 AgNO₃  => Cu(NO₃)₂ + 2Ag°

Cu: 7.28 / 1  = 7.28

AgNO₃ : 7.28 / 2 = 3.64 => Limiting Reactant is AgNO₃

Solving Problem depends on AgNO₃; Cu will be in excess.

Since coefficients of AgNO₃ & Ag° are equal, then the moles AgNO₃ used equals moles Ag° produced and is therefore 7.28 moles Ag°.
