I am resilient because I can power through any obstacle. Life is hard but I still push harder everyday. Resilience requires mental strength, I can go through a snowstorm and as long as I have a mental motivation I will succeed. I was raised to be strong as an oak but also flexible as a willow. I can adapt to my situation and can roll with the punches, I am resilient.
