Staten Island is in New York. I'm pretty sure it is one of the five boroughs of New York. It was first discovered by Europeans in about nearly 500 years ago.

Staten Island is among the boroughs of New York City, dwelled in the southwestward portion of the town. Staten Island remains the Southern portion of New York, including Organization Residence Park near the south point of the archipelago including the state. This area is isolated from New Jersey. A 2014 Statistics predicted group of 473,279, Staten Island is the slightest populated of the five boroughs although is the third plentiful within the area of 59 square miies.

Staten Island is commensurate with Richmond County, and till 1975 this Staten Island was authoritatively nominated as the Borough of Richmond. The banner was later modified to display this but still the conventional sticker was kept constant. Staten Island was seldom termed "the abandoned area" by citizens that appeared undervalued by the municipality administration.

What kind of advantage are you likely to enjoy in a partnership
vaieri [72.5K]

Answer: it can help you (if you observe well) 1) to get to know yourself better, 2) recognize relating patterns adquired from your own family, 3) leave infantile approach to relationships (we all have tendency to look for someone who will unconditionally satisfy our needs and our ego requirements) and learn to relate as adult (respecting, i.e. respect frontiers of the other and require respect, i.e. learn the other respect your boundaries), 4) leave childish, infantile dependency and become responsible for the kind of relationships we make.

Explanation: in our psyche there is always something what is called "kinship libido" that seduces us again and again to regress, to depend on parenting figures. That is why it is no easy to leave family of origin (leave not only physically but also psychologically).

Helium was discovered on earth years after it had been discovered on the sun.
Zinaida [17]
The statement is true.
As weird as it may sound, helium was indeed first discovered on the Sun, and after some time on Earth. The first evidence of helium was observed on August 18 1868, as a bright yellow line with a wavelength of 587.49 nanometers in the spectrum of the Sun's chromosphere. This line has been detected by a French astronomer by the name of Jules Janssen during a total solar eclipse in Gantur, India.

How do glaciers affect animals?

Their melting water flows into the soil which affects vegetation which acts as food for animals at lower altitudes, some of which are prey for other animals and so on. ... As glaciers melt large deposits of sediment are deposited in valleys below. This affects the local land and rivers and their existing ecosystems.

Given STU and DEF what is the m
Sonja [21]

Answer:

m<E = 105°

Explanation:

The ratio of the corresponding side lengths of ∆STU and ∆DEF are equal. That is:

\frac{ST}{DE} = \frac{TU}{EF} = \frac{SU}{DF} = \frac{15}{6} = \frac{10}{4} = \frac{20}{8} = 2.5.

According to similarly theorem, if two ∆s are similar, the ratio of their corresponding lengths would be the same. Therefore, ∆STU is similar to ∆DEF.

Since ∆STU ~ ∆DEF, their corresponding angles are congruent. That is:

<S ≅ <D, this means both are 29° each.

<T ≅ <E, this means they are both equal

<U ≅ <F. this means both are 46° each.

Thus:

m<E = 180 - (m<D + m<F) (sum of ∆)

m<E = 180 - (29 + 46) (substitution)

m<E = 180 - 75

m<E = 105°
