Answer:

First let's take into account the distinction between such a theme and a subject. A subject is an issue which has been briefly expressed-in this case, evolution. But from the other side, a theme is also an idea or angle about that particular topic. It's typically presented as a paragraph or even as a expression.

The major idea in this scenario would be natural world 's ability over human beings as well as their childish interests. (Other themes could be nature versus human life or human society; living thing intrusion into natural world never has repercussions, etc.)

Even the first statement demonstrates the force of existence. The Carpathian woods appears to be frightening on a cold night as well as Ulrich's diligence confirms that. Although but he has a gun and awaits the arrival of Georg, we can't help feeling but he's an inherently weak and frail guy.

Later, as the two adversaries come to come and fight over the ground, nature reaffirms its dominance as the massive branch overturns them and damages them. This is what binds everyone close-but it 's not long. Also as they unite they seem to be a pack of rabid dogs.

What is the central idea of this poem? O captain my captain
Slav-nsk [51]

The poem is an elegy to the speaker's recently deceased Captain, at once celebrating the safe and successful return of their ship and mourning the loss of its great leader. In the first stanza, the speaker expresses his relief that the ship has reached its home port at last and describes hearing people cheering. Despite the celebrations on land and the successful voyage, the speaker reveals that his Captain's dead body is lying on the deck. In the second stanza, the speaker implores the Captain to "rise up and hear the bells," wishing the dead man could witness the elation. Everyone adored the captain, and the speaker admits that his death feels like a horrible dream. In the final stanza, the speaker juxtaposes his feelings of mourning and pride.

kipiarov [429]

Answer:

She would be publicly humiliated.

Explanation:

Charles Dickens' novel <em>Great Expectations</em> tells the story of an orphan boy named Pip. Despite his childhood of poverty, through a secret benefactor, he became a respectable gentleman and came back for Estella.

Miss Havisham is the guardian of Estella. Pip had visited them when he was a young boy. In Chapter XXII, Mr. Herbert told Pip about Miss Havisham who had been engaged to be married to a man named Compeyson. But on the day of their wedding, the groom sent a note telling her that he will not be present for the wedding. This event would have embarrassed her, more like left her mortified so much that she did not even move out of the house or seen the sun. She even set the time of her clocks to the exact time she was jilted- <em>"twenty minutes to nine"</em>. This experienced would have publicly humiliated her, for a woman during the Victorian era.

Thus, the correct answer is the last option.
