Western region is where most people are forced to settle due to its extensive areas of mountains, deserts, and permafrost-ridden lands. Russians are East Slavic ethnic group, a native to eastern Europe. About 111 million of the ethnic Russians live in Russia wherein they live in the western part of the country or the European and North Asia part.
