In the darkness, a pinpoint of light becomes visible. Someone has turned on a flashlight. The pinpoint grows to the size of the

bulb. Because this is slow motion, only the bulb is bright. Nothing else lights up—yet.
Now the light begins to spread outward from the bulb. It fills a bigger and bigger space. As the light moves forward, it strikes little fog droplets, the ground, a sneaker, a tree, a cat. After each collision, some light bounces off. It is redirected. Some of it reaches a person's eyes. Only then can the light trigger the person's eyes and brain. In slow, stretched-out speech, the person says, "L000000-000000k! Aaaaaaaaaaaa caaaaaa-aaat!"

Our friends were picked up by our parents.
Delicious77 [7]

This sentence is currently in passive voice. In active voice, it would be:

"Our parents picked up our friends"

To change a sentence from passive to active voice you would switch around the subjects. In passive voice, the subject (in this case "parents") is being acted upon. In active voice, the parents need to act upon "friends."

how does the writer about getting her readers to put themselvs in the place of animal ?rights of animals
Sveta_85 [38]
Animals are wrongly forced into mistreatment, animal rights should annihilate the problems with animal abuse, hunting, and experimentation. All animals should have the right to roam freely without being pursued and killed. The damage that hunting inflicts on animals are terrible-the noise, fear, and the constant chase.
