Germany and Japan favored military solutions more than the United States did. I think the militaristic nations felt they had more to prove on the world stage. For Germans, rearmament became a point of national pride. For the Japanese, imperialism played a similar role. By contrast, Americans entered World War I reluctantly, and they remained reluctant to enter World War II until the bombing of Pearl Harbor left them with few alternatives.

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Some countries chose military solutions when they faced great depression. That was the case in Germany. The Germans faced terrible economic conditions. People were angry and tired of the situation and elected fascist politicians to run the country. That is how the Nazi Party and Adolph Hitler came to power and believed in the militarization of the country to the degree to start World War II. Italy, with Benito Mussolini at the front, is another example.

Other countries such as the United States, approached the situation differently, as was the case of President Franklin D. Roosevelt who created a series of programs called "New Deal" to face the situation and help the US citizens that were suffering due to the economic situation of the country.

How do I teach my children about English spellings?
Y_Kistochka [10]

Answer:Memorizing spelling words is a traditional method that you can teach your child. Show your child the word written on paper. Then explain to her how to visualize a word in her mind. Then have her closer her eyes and picture the word, letter by letter, in her mind. Ask her to spell the word out loud, then open her eyes to check if she was correct.

When analyzing an argument, which elements should you focus on most? Select three options
hoa [83]

When you analyze an argument it is very important to examine the Claims made in the argument and be very critical assess the logic of the other's position. The author is going to give a reason to believe or not known as the main assertion. It is also important to look at the Evidence, in the first place What kind of evidence is given? Does it really support the claim or claims made? we need that information in order to demonstrate the truth or falseness in an argument. Also, the Reasons are important as they will provide support to the claims. The author will give one specific reason and then he will continue to provide reasons to support his/her conclusion. Counterclaim and Dissent are the elements in which you have to focus in order to make a counterargument, to state what is wrong and provide evidence or reasons to explain why you disagree or dissent with the argument.
