Allele A is dominant over allele a.

Crossing Aa and Aa:

Aa   x   Aa = AA, 2Aa, and aa

Since A is dominant over a, both AA and Aa have belly fur.

Hence, the ratio of the offspring with belly fur to those without belly fur is 3:1.
