              <span> It's Bakke. REAL Affirmative action is a judiciary redress of wrongs suffered by a group, usually an ethnic minority or women. Griggs v. Duke was the first landmark case for SYSTEMIC discrimination against blacks in the NC utility. Duke went on to become one of the most progressive companies in the country in terms of hiring and promoting blacks (on merit, mind you).
