For Question #1  My guess is that... According to Manninen, the two ways to reduce abortion rates is to prevent unplanned pregnancies and to change certain aspects of society so that woman are not coerced into choosing abortion because having a baby could compromise other important goals. So I think the answer is C.

Question #2 only has one answer A so I don't want to try and answer it until i see more options
