Can you recall a situation in which some others defined you as deviant? If so, how did this labeling make you feel? Did you feel
erastovalidia [21]

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

The definition of deviant is: departing from usual or accepted standards.

When I was 15 years old, I shaved my head because I found this cool. I wanted to develop my own personal style which best expressed my personality and my own way of thinking.

My parents were ok with my decision but I heard a lot od unfriendly, even nasty comments from my neighbors, especially the older ones. They accused me of being arrogant, deviant, dangerous and belonging to the infamous group of neo Nazis.

Due to these reactions, I felt totally misunderstood as I'm a nice, tolerant person and always friendly. I felt offended that people judged me based only on my physical appearance, even the ones that had known me before. They judgement was not justified at all.

Every process has variance. the sources or root causes of the variances are because of variability in _____.
ollegr [7]

Every process has a variance. the sources or root causes of the variances are variability in output activities.

Outputs are a quantitative summary of activity. For example, the interest is 'we provide training' and the output is 'we skilled 50 humans to NVQ stage three'. An output tells you activity has taken place.

Activities lead to services or products brought (outputs). The outputs start to result in the change (effects) and eventually this can (optimistically) contribute to the effect. as an example, if a corporation changed into supplying seeds to farmers, the seeds themselves, any transport costs, staff fees etc.

Work output is the end result of labor completed by using humans using equipment over a certain unit of time. If each output (product) and enter (e.g. amount of substances, machine hours and staff operating hours) are quantifiable, it can be measured as work productivity.
