Well, you can turn these into percents to get a different view if the fraction thing is messing you up. Do this by dividing the top by the bottom and multiplying bu 100.
1/8 = 0.125 0.125 x 100 = 12.5% 3/8 = 0.375 0.375 x 100 = 37.5% 1/4 = 0.25 0.25 x 100 = 25%
1/8 is the smallest and 3/8 is the largest
Another way to do this would be to multiply 1/4 so all three numbers have equal denominatior. 1/4 x 2/2 = 2/8
