What did the treaty of Versallies help bring about future conflict
Goryan [66]

Answer:

Nationalism and war

Explanation:

The Treaty of Versailles, though it was meant to help all nations in conflict to finally reach a peaceful treaty, brought consequences much harder and difficult in many countries. Not all of the presents in the treaty agreed in the decision taken about Germany and the punishments overall. Thus, the pay Germany had to pay brought a sense of anger and an increase of nationalism - later Nazism - and hate for those who belittled them. The displeasure in France and US caused distances between some allies, but brought together other few.

Why did Spain explore the New World?
sergejj [24]

Spain did not immediately realize that the New World was in fact a new continent. Columbus himself died without ever knowing that the land he had arrived to was not India.

However, when Spain realized that this land was completely undiscovered, they decided to explore it. This was motivated by several reasons. On the one hand, they were curious to see what the territory was like. On the other hand, they were also motivated by the possibility of owning such a vast territory and the resources located in it. Finally, they were motivated by the idea of turning the Native American people they encountered into Christians, thus achieving their salvation.

How did the development of a violent mini civil war in the territory of kansas demonstrate a fatal flaw in stephen douglas's pop
Fiesta28 [93]

Stephen Douglas hoped when pushing the Kansas-Nebraska act that the everything would be settled democratically, without violence by the settler that would be impartial but unfortunately this was at the same time the fatal flaw of the act. People misunderstood the act which led to anger by the southerners and the subsequent retaliation by the northerners as well as the creation of two governments in Kansas one that was elected on fraud and other that was not legal.
