Answer:

No

Explanation:

  • Traditional crops are still produced by traditional methods in many parts of the world by either tribals or the practice of various countries but this does not mean that they are resistant to pests or germs and infections to meet the requirements of millions of population on earth.
  • Man has thus created HYV seeds that are genetically robust and modified to suit the harsh environments with less irrigation these crops can produce good quality results and thus, the community at large has to turn towards the hybrid and strong crops.
  • So, as to adopt these and meet the growing demands of people in rural areas so as the increase in migration from rural to urban to rural areas can be decreased and climate change and other issues can be tackled more openly.

How was the path of Hurricane Ike different than the storm of Galveston 1900
olga_2 [115]

Answer: After the hurricane, Galveston raised the elevation of many new buildings by more than 10 feet (3 meters). The city also built an extensive seawall to act as a buffer against future storms. Despite the reconstruction, the city's status as the premier shipping port was lost to Houston a few years after the disaster. Ike, however, is projected to head west on a path that will take it close to Hispaniola, Cuba, and the Florida Straits.”
