The correct option is DISAPPOINTED.
Literally, to be disenchanted means to be disappointed by something or someone one has previously admire or respect. What the author is saying in the passage given above is that many of the customers who patronize the produce store had been feeling disappointed because of the quality of produce that are available in that store, they are probably of low quality. The customers were planning to start buying their produce somewhere else.
