Which group of lines in this excerpt from John Keats’s “Ode to Autumn” illustrates the "music" of autumn?
Artist 52 [7]
I would say this group of lines illustrates the music of autumn, because the word choir is mentioned:
<span>"Then in a wailful choir the small gnats mourn
Among the river sallows, borne aloft
Or sinking as the light wind lives or dies".</span>

Answer:

Agriculture is the main source of national income for most developing countries. However, for developed countries, agriculture contributes a smaller percentage to their national income. The agricultural sector provides fodder for domestic animals. The cow provides people with milk which is a form of protective food.  The development of agriculture led to the rise of civilizations. People had to stay in one place in order to grow and harvest crops. They also needed buildings in order to store crops. Many civilizations in the Middle East invested in irrigation structures in order to provide for stable water.

In 3-5 sentences, write about the author's repetitive use of the "s" sound and its significance in the excerpt.
almond37 [142]

Answer:

The author made use of consonance in the poem.

Explanation:

In the poem, "Out Where The West Begins," by Arthur Chapman, the poet applied consonance, a form of alliteration. Consonance is the repetition of consonants anywhere in a set of consecutive words. The consonant, 's', was repeated several times by the poet. This repetition is significant because it creates a form of rhythm that makes the poem enjoyable and helps the reader remember it.

<em>“Out where the handclasp's a little stronger, </em>

<em> Out where the smile dwells a little longer, </em>

<em> That’s where the West begins; </em>

<em> Out where the sun is a little brighter.”</em>
