Social media can be used as an instrument of change because you can spread information very quickly through the whole world and change the opinion of people.

You can use it to inform other people about events or news, share opinions, ask people to support your causes and statements... all of those things change the world and help to resolve a lot of problems since if a lot of people have common ideas they can stand together and help the community.
