This article is a perfect example of both logical reasoning and logical evidence to support her conclusions. She starts out by explaining how, in accordance to scientific knowledge of reproduction and feeding habits a large population of plesiosaurs would be required to perpetuate their population in the lake. This is the logical reasoning part of her demonstration.

Then, she proceeds to use the list as logical evidence of the factual, nutritional and climatic requirements for such animals to be able to live in such a small lake which proves that it is just not physically possible due to their physiology, their size and the lake’s conditions and size.
