processing rate = ( number of pages)/( total time)

So, processing rate is

=\frac{4}{22}

R=\frac{2}{11} page /min

now, we are given total number of pages =26

Time = (total number of pages)/( processing rate)

so, time is

=\frac{26}{\frac{2}{11}}

now, we can simplify it

=\frac{26}{\frac{2}{11}}

=143
