Answer- Yes, absolutely. On the news yesterday it said that wuhan has under reported the amount of cases by 40x! I think that they are lying because it would ruin their economy and destroy their trade with other countries. i think that the US has the most cases because china was quarantined for a while, but also because I think that they were lying about the numbers of cases and deaths
