People I had confidence in who could actually show results in different areas of government action. It would broaden the channels of popular participation, involve the population in government decisions. I would establish a management plan with goals to address the main issues of the place I was governing. And I would be very careful about the alliances I would make. I would not make alliances with the corrupt no matter what it cost. My biggest goal would be to finish the term with nothing to be ashamed of and very proud of.
