Not sure if there are answer choices... but i would assume that Carla is frustrated because her friend got chosen as the starting goalie. she is mad and probably feeling bad about herself, so much so that she is making a mess and being dramatic

That she was Mad or sad about what the coach said its maybe because she wanted to be the goalie.
