D after dinner. if you have multiple things to do and are committed and determined. always make time for the things you feel most important to you, studying has to be done and if there no time during the day, make time. if not then before bed. atleast you can say its done and you did it. hope that helps. its just my honest opinion from my common sense and knowledge

An appeal.

A person convicted may file a petition for review with a higher court on certain grounds (I.e., error of fact, error of law, etc.). This is usually considered an appeal as of right. The party can automatically bring an appeal to the appellate court by filing a notice of appeal. The higher court may reverse the decision of the lower court in part or in whole or may let the decision stand. In certain instances the higher court may send the case back to the trial court for further review.

Appeals made to the US Supreme Court require a loss at the federal court of appeals level and the filing of a Writ of Certiorari. These appeals are considered discretionary appeals in that the Supreme Court has the discretion to decide whether they will hear the appeal or not.

Explanation:

The availability heuristic is where people make judgements based on immediate examples that come to mind. In this question, most people would assume the description refers to a male student because we think of those traits as dominant, which is linked with masculinity.

People have had both positive and negative reactions to Angela's Ashes. Why do you think people have reacted so strongly to McCo
Sophie [7]

Answer:

Because his memories present very strong and impacting concepts, but controversial at the same time.

Explanation:

Angela's Ashes is a book that tells the memories of McCourt during his childhood and adolescence. His memories depict very strong and uncomfortable situations to be experienced, such as negligent parents, depression, alcoholism, extreme poverty, exploitation, sexual experiences, poor self-esteem, among others.

The experiences lived by McCourt are not comfortable to be read. Some people think that this is a positive point of the book's narrative, because it shows how dirty and uncomfortable human life is. However, many people criticize this type of narrative, because they claim that it is exaggerated and that it suffers from suffering. In addition, many people, like McCourt's mother, claim that these memories are false and fanciful, which increases the discrepancy of opinion among readers.
