Answer: Because British soldiers killed five and wounded six protesters.

Explanation:

It happened on March 5, 1770. For some time in the streets of Boston, there have been some incidents between the British and the colonists. Citizens resented the new taxes imposed by the British king and parliament. One of the soldiers guarded the location where he kept the king's money. Several protesters gathered there to protest. The soldier hit one of them, and then people hit him with freezes and snow. The soldier fired a shot, soon received reinforcements, and the conflict escalated.

The result was five dead and six wounded colonists. The soldiers were taken into custody shortly afterward. There was intense propaganda on both sides. One of the prominent colonists of S.Adams was at the forefront of propaganda by the colonists. He publicized the brutality of British troops. The period of these protests is linked to the famous slogan that was often called out by the colonists "No taxation without representation" in those days.

lions [1.4K]

Answer: The Government Institution they are referring to is the Government Defense Institution/ Millitary which is  aimed to protect its citizens.

Explanation:In 1942, Franklin Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066 which made the US military to make part of the   United States a military zone which prompted a compulsory exclusion of  large  groups of people from their homes which were mainly the  Japanese-Americans who were taken from their homes and placed in internment camps during World War II.

Frank Korematsu, a  Japanese- American defied the order to be relocated and be reported in the camp which led to his arrest and conviction. The Supreme Court ruled against him on the basis that  the internment of Japanese- Americans during wartime  was constitutional.
