Answer: Because British soldiers killed five and wounded six protesters.

Explanation:

It happened on March 5, 1770. For some time in the streets of Boston, there have been some incidents between the British and the colonists. Citizens resented the new taxes imposed by the British king and parliament. One of the soldiers guarded the location where he kept the king's money. Several protesters gathered there to protest. The soldier hit one of them, and then people hit him with freezes and snow. The soldier fired a shot, soon received reinforcements, and the conflict escalated.

The result was five dead and six wounded colonists. The soldiers were taken into custody shortly afterward. There was intense propaganda on both sides. One of the prominent colonists of S.Adams was at the forefront of propaganda by the colonists. He publicized the brutality of British troops. The period of these protests is linked to the famous slogan that was often called out by the colonists "No taxation without representation" in those days.

Write a summary explaining in chronological order what happen first , second and third at the Boston tea party
coldgirl [10]

Answer:The Boston Tea Party was a political protest that occurred on December 16, 1773, at Griffin’s Wharf in Boston, Massachusetts. American colonists, frustrated and angry at Britain for imposing “taxation without representation,” dumped 342 chests of tea, imported by the British East India Company into the harbor. The event was the first major act of defiance to British rule over the colonists. It showed Great Britain that Americans wouldn’t take taxation and tyranny sitting down, and rallied American patriots across the 13 colonies to fight for independence.

How were the four levels of spanish colonial society in north america based on birthplace and blood?
Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

The four colonies include

1. Peninsulares

2. Creoles

3. Mestizos

4. Mulattos

Explanation:

The peninsular was the highest caste in the Spanish colonial society. They were the only class of people who hold public office, and they were from the mainland of Spain. Creoles were the next level of organization, and they were those people directly descendant from Spanish blood but born in the colonies. Mulattoes and mestizos were relatively low classes, and these people were of mixed races between Spaniards and Africans or Native Americans. The Spanish viewed Africans to be the lowest class, even beneath the Native Americans.
