In this excerpt from Act I, Scene I, of Shakespeare's "Hamlet", the best adaptation of unfold yourself is show yourself. Francisco is a watchman outside the Elsinore Castle. Bernardo comes to relieve him. The men cannot see each other because of the darkness. Francisco tells him to stop and show who he is.
