The Active voice is clear and direct,<em> emphasizes the subject</em> and helps the reader to pay more attention, improving the quality of a written work. The active voice <em>gives energy to a sentence and maintains focus of the reader on a single point</em>. In the Passive voice is different: <em>the emphasis is on the action or the object, while the subject is not known or is not important.</em>
Your accused but not proven of the charge until proven in court and charged means you already pleaded guilty to your crime and responsible to pay your fine or in worst cases jail time.
