40.82 kg beacause one kg is 2.20462 pounds so if you add all that together it all adds up to that.

1 kg = 2.2 lb
to set up your proportion
- put your given over one
90lb / 1
then multiply that by you conversion factor which is 1 kg = 2.2 lb
90lb/1   x   1kg/2.2lb
since you have lb on both the top and bottom that unit would cancel out leaving you with kg
if you multiply straight across you get 90 x 1 = 90 and 1 x 2.2 = 2.2
now you just divide the top number by the bottom number 90 ÷ 2.2 = 40.91 kg

What is the value of d to the nearest tenth?
Ghella [55]

Answer: d=13.8

Step-by-step explanation:

A line that cuts a circle at two points is called "secant".

There is a theorem known as "Intersecting Secant Theorem". This is the theorem you need to use to find the value of "d".

According the Intersecting Secant Theorem:

(14)(14+20)=(16)(16+d)\\(14)(34)=(16)(16+d)

Having this expression, the next step is to solve for "d":

Use Distributive property:

476=256+16d

Subtract 256 from both sides:

476-256=-256+256+16d

220=16d

Divide both sides by 16:

\frac{220}{16}=\frac{16d}{16}\\\\13.75=d

The value of "d" rounded to the nearest tenth is:

d=13.8

What is the value of x in the equation −x = 4 − 3x + 6?<br><br> A. 5<br> B. 10<br> C. −5<br> D. −10
Ann [662]
-x = 4-3x+6

Refine 4-3x + 6

-3x = 4+6

-3x = 10

Add 3x  to both sides:

-x + 3x  = -3x + 10 + 3x

2x = 10

Divide both sides by 2 :

\frac{2x}{2} = \frac{10}{5}

x = 5

Answer a

hope this helps!

Vadim26 [7]
<span>The rate of change would be equal to the amount of money that Kenny is earning every week, since there are no expenses that are removing money from his account. In this case, it would be the $150 that he is putting into the account weekly.</span>
