Memory has the ability to encode, store and recall information. Memories give an organism the capability to learn and adapt from previous experiences as well as build relationships. The types of encoding used by individuals to input information into the nervous system include;
Visual encoding which entails the process of encoding images and visual sensory information. Elaborative is the process of actively relating new information to knowledge that is already in memory, and Acoustic encoding which is the encoding of auditory impulses.

Which is NOT a potential threat or danger to an ecosystem rich in biodiversity? A) Deforestation B) Plate Tectonic Activity C) G
IrinaK [193]

The correct answer is option D, that is, genetic diversity among the species.

The sum of genetic characteristics in the genetic makeup of a species is known as genetic diversity. It is differentiated from genetic variability that illustrates the capability of genetic features to change.

The genetic diversity functions as a medium for the populations to amend with the fluctuating environments. With more changes, there is more possibility that some individuals in a population will exhibit different forms of alleles, which are appropriate for the surrounding.

These individuals hold high possibilities of survival in order to generate offspring exhibiting that allele. The population will continue for more generations due to the accomplishment of these individuals.

24. Why is everything in our solar system attracted to the sun? *
aev [14]

Answer:

B. Largest gravitational attraction

Explanation:

Newton realized that the reason the planets orbit the Sun is related to why objects fall to Earth when we drop them. The Sun's gravity pulls on the planets, just as Earth's gravity pulls down anything that is not held up by some other force and keeps you and me on the ground.

I beleive it's B because it would have to be a strong gravitational pull to keep everything balanced correctly.

Please mark me brainliest if correct :)

The cooperative activity of drugs such as beta-lactam antibiotics and clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor, is known as
QveST [7]

Answer:

a. synergism

Explanation:

When two different drugs inhibit a single biochemical pathway of microbes less quantity of each drug is required in combination to produce the effect than when used separately. This effect is called synergistic interaction of drugs.

Both beta-lactam antibiotics such as penicillin and cephalosporin and clavulanic acid serve as beta-lactamase inhibitors and inhibit the beta-lactamase-producing bacteria. Therefore, beta-lactam antibiotics and clavulanic acid are used in combination to control these enteric bacteria.
